Zoom has identified 3 categories of Zoom apps that are considered Essentials for their Zoom Pro, Business & Business Plus users. These applications are available for FREE to the Zoom subscribers for a period of ONE year. The means Embark Pro will be available for FREE for all Zoom paid subscribers.

As a Zoom paid subscriber, you can now onboard your new hires as a Cohort. You can have up to 2 cohorts live at any time. In addition, you'll have access to best practices meeting templates and an expanded set of activities that you can use as part of your Onboarding agenda.

A journey map is a visual representation of the experience of a person as they go through the onboarding process. It shows the various steps or stages that a new employee goes through as they become acclimated to their new job and company. It  includes things like learning about the company's culture, view product videos, learn how to use the product, meeting with team members, and so on. The goal of a journey map is to understand the experience of the new employee and identify opportunities to improve it.

Cohort management is a strategy for managing a group of people that are joining the company on the same day. It helps to better understand the trends with new hires and make informed decisions about the onboarding process for the upcoming joinees.

Gamification in an onboarding context refers to making the onboarding process more engaging and interactive for the new employees. To goal is to make the process more enjoyable and help new employees feel more motivate and connected to their new colleagues.

Gamification can be used to introduce company culture, policies and procedures or to help them develop the skills and knowledge to be successful in their new roles. With Embark, Gamification can be implemented in a variety of ways including activities like Trivia, Name that person and more.

There are a couple of things you can try:

• Ensure that your Zoom administrator has enabled the Zoom apps (in Zoom settings)
• Upgrade your Zoom client version to 5.12.9 or greater
• Ensure that you're logged in to the Zoom client
• Restart your Zoom client
